These are vector brushes for Affinity Designer, which means they are actually an automatically repeating raster image running along a vector line. They can be coloured via the stroke colour option of by using the effects panel. This is a digital download

To install the brushes, open a new file in Affinity Designer, and click on the 4 lines to the right of the 'brushes' panel, then 'import brushes', or simply drop the file into the middle of the Affinity screen.
